LICENSE AGREEMENT AND
DISCLAIMER
PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE
LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE CONTINUING. USING OUR SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR
ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS, REMOVE THE SOFTWARE FROM ALL YOUR
SYSTEMS.
Secure Computer, LLC licenses the Spyware
Cleaner software to you only upon the condition that you accept all of the
terms contained in this license agreement.
YOU MAY:
(i) use
Spyware Cleaner on one computer for each license purchased;
YOU MAY
NOT:
(i) sublicense, rent, sell, or lease any portion of Spyware
Cleaner;
(ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify,
translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of Spyware
Cleaner, or create derivative works from Spyware Cleaner; or
(iii)
use Spyware Cleaner on a greater number of computers than the number of
licenses you have purchased.
WARRANTY
SPYWARE
CLEANER IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NEITHER SECURE
COMPUTER, LLC NOR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Your sole and exclusive remedy
for breach of this warranty is the replacement of Spyware Cleaner or a
refund of the purchase price, at Secure Computer LLC's option.
Some
states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of implied warranties and
you may be entitled to additional rights in those
states.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
Secure Computer,
LLC has made every effort possible to ensure that Spyware Cleaner is free
of any bugs or errors, however in no way is Spyware Cleaner to be
considered error or bug free. You assume all responsibility for any
damages or lost data that may result from any errors or bugs in Spyware
Cleaner.
IN NO EVENT WILL SECURE COMPUTER, LLC BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR
ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF THIS LICENSE.
In no case shall Secure Computer LLC's
liability exceed the purchase price for the software or
services.
DURATION:
This license is valid for one year from
date of purchase. After one year, Spyware Cleaner will expire and you may
have the option to renew for a cost. Spyware Cleaner will show you a
renewal reminder screen periodically until you renew your license or
uninstall the software.
GENERAL:
Spyware Cleaner does not
contain any adware or spyware. Installation of Spyware Cleaner to scan
your computer is free of charge.
However, if and when Spyware
Cleaner detects adware or spyware on your computer, and you wish to remove
such unwanted software, you must then purchase a license for Spyware
Cleaner which gives you the ability to clean your machine of the unwanted
software, application, or code.
Spyware Cleaner will show you a
reminder screen about the adware or spyware found on your machine
periodically until you purchase a license and clean your machine of the
unwanted software, application, or code, or you uninstall Spyware Cleaner
from your computer.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement
between you and Secure Computer, LLC. You acknowledge and agree that there
are no other writings, oral representations or other communications or
representations upon which you are relying in entering into this
Agreement. Any and all writings, oral representations or other
communications or representations that you may have received concerning
Spyware Cleaner have no effect -- it is the terms of this Agreement that
will control all issues involving your use of Spyware Cleaner.
All
rights to Spyware Cleaner are owned by Secure Computer, LLC and are
protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions
and other applicable laws. Secure Computer, LLC retains all rights not
expressly granted by this Agreement.
This license shall terminate
automatically upon the violation by you of any of the terms stated
herin.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of
New York.

to download the free scanner.
After the download completes, you will see a
second grey download box asking "Do you want to run this software?"
Press the Run button again.
Scanner will then automatically install and
load and show you a list of spyware on your machine -- and tell you how
to get rid of them.
If you get an error message when trying to download the software -- or
the software does not open automatically on your computer after the
download completes -- click here

By downloading the free scanner, you agree to the Spyware Cleaner End User
License Agreement.
